Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a Breathwork circle and horse healing opportunity. Old Canyon Stables is a serene location nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains of Topanga Canyon. Surrounded by powerful horse and mountain energy, this experience is enhanced and amplified by the magical surroundings of the ranch.

The summer solstice is a sacred day to honor the turning of the seasons and the longest day of the year. We’ll open the space with group reflection and grounding meditation. Drop deeper into presence with your body through of nature and the horese.

Next, journey with the breath to clear stagnant energy and emotions, unblock patterns, explore possibility and connect to self love.

After the breathwork, we will have an opportunity to interact with the horses in pasture and reflect on your experience.
