One of my greatest passions is creating impactful experiences for organizations and their employees. I am available to lead sessions internationally at corporate team offsites, executive retreats, and in collaboration with current wellbeing programming.
My primary focus areas for corporate teams are unlocking highest potential through self awareness, conscious communication, emotional mastery for empathetic leadership, relationship dynamics (including conflict resolution and relational repair), and transformative breathwork experiences. I am available for in person, remote, and podcast engagement.
Lead with Heart: Leadership development through the way of the horse
LAUNCHING FALL 2025 IN TOPANGA CANYON
In equine facilitated learning, leaders use ground based exercises (no horse riding involved) to develop an embodied understanding of the power of emotional awareness and trust. The horses and connection to nature support expanded self awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deep presence that cannot be replicated in typical learning environments.
