Virgo Sun, Libra Moon, Taurus Rising
At the core of all of my work, I create an intentional container for self-reflection and transformation. I’ve supported hundreds of individuals at many stages of their growth and healing journeys.
Traversing the interior of our personal and professional worlds can be tricky, especially when trying to navigate them alone. With the many demands and complexities of our modern world, individuals are struggling under enormous pressure. I view myself as an advisor or guide to walk the path with you.
My approach is inspired by over a decade of studying and teaching astrology, breathwork, non-violent communication, ritual, meditation, yoga, energetics, mystical practices, shamanic energy work, Reiki, mindfulness, Jungian psychology, mythology, nature, conscious relationships, embodiment, somatics, and most recently — horse medicine and animal communication.
Much of my work is also informed by my own healing journey and shadow work over the past 15 years.
